No matter what your goals are as a cyclist, we've got a training plan for you. Whether you want to kill it at the Wednesday Night World Cups, crank through an entire endurance 12/24 hour race, move ahead in your field at the ICUPs, or just get into better shape, Next Level Training offers personalized, individual coaching to help you take your cycling to the next level.

Next Level Training offers training packages in 2 levels and requires no commitment or contract.

Aluminum Package:
$40/Month
  • Includes initial goal setting and event calendaring session for 2011
  • Monthly training log and workout structure provided
  • Meet personally with coach Dan Nelson once a month to review training calendar, goals, workout structure, monitor progress and provide feedback
  • Weekly emails to maintain contact, review workouts and training log, answer training questions, adapt/revise calendar
  • Discounted rate on metabolic testing (VO2 max, lactate threshold, max power)
Carbon Package:
$100/Month
  • Includes initial goal setting and full season event calendaring session
  • Monthly training log and workout structure provided
  • Daily specific workouts outlined
  • Weekly meetings/phone calls to evaluate progress, adapt workouts, and provide feedback and motivation
  • Unlimited midweek email/phone contact to keep you on track with your training and answer your questions
  • Discounted rate on metabolic testing (VO2 max, lactate threshold, max power)
In summary:

The Aluminum Package provides a month to month training plan with your events and races scheduled to optimize peak performance. Basic training concepts are discussed and Next Level Training's own "TrainPoints" system used to provide proper weekly structure and ensure adequate recovery.

The Carbon Package is a more week to week approach with detailed workouts outlined for each day, scheduled around your events and races for the year.

Whichever package you chose, no contract is required. If the coaching isn't working for you feel free to change your package or end at any time. My goal as a coach is not to find ways to squeeze money out of you, the athletes, but to find ways to help you reach your goals. Nothing is more satisfying than working hard and reaching a goal. At Next Level Training, your goals are our goals.
